Starting at an MBB virtually next week - what’s an appropriate dress code for trainings,etc.?

If you notice someone doing something positive, reach out to them and/or their manager and complement them. Sometimes they’re trying something new and it’s something that’s difficult for them and a positive comment helps motivate them to keep going. Please no hate.

I’m dealing with a difficult management situation and don’t know what to do, how would you report someone when nobody really cares what’s going on or is automatically going to side with the other person?

Originally from Italy, I've been out to anyone at my former jobs in Europe without ever worrying about the reactions of my coworkers. Now I'm Asia and just started a new job, but one of my colleagues (also an expat) made a very weird statement about gay people having more chances of developing cancers (?!?!?), so I feel a bit skeptical about talking about my private life... My current manager is a very controlling and has perpurated a v tense culture within the team. The boss recognises that the team is stressed, but blames the team for having such an attitude. The person is a micro manager dictates things like when work pings should happen, but at the root of it all, the team is over competitive & unhappy because of the leadership. Everyone's scared to write anything in PMR or perf for the fear of being identified. I'm new to to the team, but not to Google. Help!

My boss the general manager is setting me up at work. She is saying all this stuff about me that is not true at all. I’ve been an LPN for 8 years, predominately in pediatrics, both in patient and home healthcare. I’ve worked in medical offices for 10+ years before that. I’m struggling between 2 offers:
MBB SA (175K TC) and FANG Financial Analyst (220K TC). I’ve wanted to work for MBB for 4 years, but I’m about to head to get an MBA. Neither will sponsor but MBB will allow me to come back as post-MBA level even with ~4 months of experience pre-MBA. Can I go wrong here? I don’t know what I want to do long term yet and I’m hoping my MBA can help me figure it out

Did my decision round with BCG and came out feeling meh. The interviewers pushed me a lot (made me brainstorm on where to start until I found the right place) and didn’t really work with me through the case (just let me go on even if my I was a 0 off in my calculations).

Is this normal? The experience was vastly different from my R1.
