Compensation

Starting at North Highland as a consultant to break into the consulting world. Any suggestions on how to move up quickly? Want to learn as much as possible and jump to big 4.

Try to network with others in consulting so that they can refer you! Also for your resume, I'd say try to think more about what you brought to the project vs the tasks available in the project. Goodluck!!

My suggestion would be to have an “ownership” mindset. Treat it as more than a job and put in your best. Rest is up to providence!
