Starting in the coming month at a B4 FDD practice. I’ve got a 32 Inch and 27 inch monitor setup (4K/1440P) plus a docking station so the screen space is pretty set, but does anyone have any suggestions for additional WFH office essentials I might need?

I switched from Big 4 to a mid-sized firm a few months ago. The sole reason was for for a good pay raise. However, I'm not loving the new job as much, because of lack of resources, outdated technology, and work opportunities are not what I thought. Is it crazy to go back to my old firm? I really liked my coworkers there, and could perhaps ask for a better raise since I left. I maintained good relationships with my old team. Is it bad to leave after only a few months?

With the increase in COL, anyone of you reconsidered being remote and not moving to Seattle?

Anybody else noticed recruiters are only proactively reaching out about hybrid/on-site roles nowadays?

It's almost as if people don't want to be in offices anymore so that's why it's difficult for them to fill those roles.
Sidenote: recruiters, you can see on my LI profile that I'm remote. In the "What jobs are you interested in" field you can see I'm only interested in remote roles.
So, why are you reaching out to me about jobs in a city 3 hours away that's 100% onsite and w/out even a ReLo?

When a job posting says 3-5 years of experience, does that mean a 3rd-5th year associate? Asking because there’s a bit of a discrepancy between the two, since if I graduated in May 2017, I’d be a third year associate this October, but only have two full years’ experience.
