Congrats! No matter the job, I think imposter syndrome always creeps up. Luckily, you’re not alone and there are tons of resources out there on how to overcome this. Google “how to overcome imposter syndrome” and you’ll find tons of articles and tips!
Thanks!
Embrace the new opportunity, while learning from what you didn’t like at the last job. Everything is an opportunity for self improvement. If you’re in a field you like embrace it

It’s hard not to bring baggage from the first flop into the second job, do your best to give everyone at the new firm the benefit of the doubt. Don’t bad talk the former firm- it only looks bad on you regardless of how egregious. Be patient accept the fact you are new and need to earn your opportunities and look for ways to help out everyone on the team including paralegals, admins, and secretaries - they often have real pull in the org.
I commend you for leaving the toxic job after only a few weeks! So many attorneys "stick it out" for so many wrong reasons. Good for you.
