Starting my MBA this fall and interested in MBB. I have 3.5 years of big 4 consulting experience (EY). Would that be an asset or a liability?

Have an offer from a Big 4 for a forensic accounting role for the government. Curious what the hours will be like and welcome any other info people have to share.

Should I consider moving to capgemini considering WLB. Will big 4 release me as I am still being onboarded. Also If they ask me to serve notice, will capgemini wait for me during notice period at big 4. Please help guys.

Q re: "executive presence". Joined B4 in my mid 30s, on Partner track by 42, made numbers and top ratings ever since. Now at 46 been told I lack executive presence, when I'd been told I had it every year before. I'm a female 🐠, have gained weight (genetic condition) and obviously aged. How often does this happen? I'm leaving for a CIO role in industry now, but still disappointed that I was rejected because of this (and yes, exec presence was the reason I was told I wouldn't make Partner).

Is there a B4 firm that is better for WLB than the others? Is there a worst one? PwC is bad in general, and of course varies by practice/partner, but I am curious to hear your perspective

Admitted to NYU and Columbia full time Bschool programs - no scholarship at either 3. Admitted to Darden w more than half scholarship 4. Offer to go to Two FANGS as a program manager, 150k base, 75k annual equity (non technical role) I don’t love what I do but seems I could make partner in 3-5 years at D. Having tough time turning down Columbia Bschool or FANG.
