6 months into my job and I feel like I can't keep up with the rest of my team. I was a top performer in my previous company and now I feel like everyone else in my team is able to out pace me and do things better. I badly want to quit as nothing I am doing seems to be working for me. I keep pushing but nothing I do seems to be recognized. This is really bringing my confidence down and it sure isn't helping with my anxiety.

I plan on traveling to Mexico for a vacation. I have an expired h1b visa based on an old h1b petition. My h1b was renewed after my last stamping so my valid h1b petition has a different petition number than that in my most recent visa stamp. Would this impact my eligibility for automatic visa revalidation?
