Starting to get quite a few recruiters in my LinkedIn inbox. What do you do? Try to find one that’s a good fit and then get a good match, or entertain all of them?

Mamas, have you asked for a roll off or less responsibilities on your current project due to pregnancy symptoms like morning sickness? My client is so critical and demanding it’s caused me to have stress hives and panic attacks. I don’t think I can do my role well pregnant and don’t want the stress to cause the baby harm.

I am looking to gain certification or other credentialing in diversity and inclusion, not only because it would look good on my resume both for future job-search purposes and also to become better educated in this area, which is growing in importance. I looked at SHRM's "Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential" and got a bit of "sticker shock" at the cost - $1,655.00 for members. Does anyone have other suggestions on training/credentialing in this area?

- Finished MBA end of 2018 - Upon graduation, MBA hire to tier 2/3 firm (basically tech consulting), laid off June 2020 - October 2020- started as PM/scrum master with mid-tier AWS consulting partner Question- I've always wanted to go to a top tier consulting firm for the experience/brand for PM/Program management. Would you be willing to take a paycut to make it happen? It seems in current climate candidates have all the leverage, but being told I don't have the experience for manager level

Hi, I saw a similar post. Asking for advice on my situation: I'm a bridesmaid, there's no maid of honour. It's sort of a destination wedding as we are flying in to the brides city: - I paid for my flight - Will be paying for my own at all the dinners etc she has planned for us before the wedding, aside from the actual wedding rehearsal dinner - She paid for our bridesmaid dress - She paid for our hotel How much $ should I give her as a gift?

I’m concerned about my mom’s health and want to work closer from home. Is this a valid reason for me to apply to a consulting job that is closer to home? I’m a recent college grad in the US and I’m the only child. My current firm’s office is ~2 hr from my (mom’s) home. I can’t live with and take care of her once the WFH is over. I saw that some of MBBs have offices pretty close to my home (~10 min). When applying to the positions, can I mention that I want to take care of my parent?
