Please give me remedies for acid reflux. Tums just isn’t cutting it anymore. Did anyone else have really bad acid reflux and do something/eat something/take something besides tums that worked ? Looking for a miracle here. Third trimester and I’m just miserable all around so any relief even just on the acid reflux part would be life changing at this point!!!

My Obgyn is offering weekly classes that range from “childbirth” to “infant cpr” and mom/dad “meet and greets”. Outside of the cpr one which seems important, did anyone attend classes and find them useful? Or did not attend classes and wish they had? The recommended curriculum is about 20-30 hours in total over 2-3 months which is a time commitment. Thank you!

Has anyone had trouble finding an ob gyn? I just moved to my area and the recommended ob gyns are fully booked. The first date I can schedule is not until I'm 20+ weeks along. Would you just go to a lower rated ob (taking 2 out of 5 stars on Yelp) the first few weeks and then switch when you are able?
