Figure out a favoured airline and favoured hotel chain and work on status with them.
Where yiu live cam give home airport advantage to some airports but likely you could choose to fly more segments through another carrier and save your firm money.
+1 on this. You get upgraded more often too
I have collected enough phone, watch, and laptop chargers over the years to have a set I leave in my luggage all the time. Super convenient.
I personally like having a wireless charger, but your phone or accessories have to be compatible, of course.
Apply for Global Entry w/TSA Pre check or CLEAR or both.
Lately MCO's (and last year, DEN's) TSA has been a bear and having TSA Pre check has been a lifesaver.
Get a good top tier travel credit card- understand where you will be traveling and then apply amenities ex: if you live in Chicago, get the United Club Card which gets you lounge access to any star alliance lounge, free bags, premier access, and usually a good bonus point offer to match. This will get you rewarded for your travels. Also be sure to consolidate all your purchases to that one card so it all adds up quickly. As mentioned before, pick the airline that offers you the best service out of where you live and where you are going.
Maybe I’m just unlucky but, every plane pillow I’ve bought causes more neck pain than comfort
I got an inflatable, U-shaped one on Amazon. Best I’ve tried.
Also, I never travel without my QC 35’s and AirPods. Both, yes. Bose headphones transform what it feels like to be on a plane, and AirPods are extremely convenient to use in the airport for calls, music or books while walking or sitting and working.
Mine are the Porsche Design Space One Wireless with help from KEF but similar sentiment.

Take advantage of time share presentations, and learn to say no!
I bought an inflatable, U-shaped travel pillow. I love it. Packs small, adjustable comfort level. Best one I’ve tried so far. Bring a small pashmina or travel blanket. Bring a water bottle to fill at the airport and to have at your work site.
I usually like big headphones, but personally I don’t like them on the plane. Difficult to sleep with, not comfortable in the moment.
Go on Amazon and get a bluetooth transmitter for movies on the plane. So you can transmit them to your wireless earbuds. There’s one called Airfly, but less expensive alternatives are out there.
If traveling internationally, get a couple compact, universal adapters. It could also be worth it to get a compatible cord for your laptop for the area you go to most.
I love my mesh e-bags (sold on Amazon) to compartmentalize all my items and make for easier unpacking when I get home.
And definitely TSA pre check or global entry.
