I work for a startup that just now has enough full-timers to qualify for a health insurance policy. Up until now I've had my own insurance that I pay for and I'm reimbursed -- it's not cheap but I have total control over my insurance, and I'm happy with my current medical providers.

Setting aside the changes that would occur with a new company policy -- I'm in MA and nearly everyone else is in CA -- (continued below)

Anyone have any good educational materials for participants in a 401k that you provide education for? Thanks

Any advice on negotiating for things other than salary with current employer? Most interested in a <40 hr work week (while still considered FTE), but also good to hear perspectives on negotiating for more PTO, benefits, 401k match, bonus, etc. How do I turn the conversation to this from annual raise discussion? Should I address with my line manager or HR? What are fair trade-offs for salary $s?
For context, annual reviews are coming up, but company has been clear budget for salary raises is low.

Anyone have recommendations on 401k administration and visa process education or certification programs? I know bare minimum on both and really want to up my game. TIA!
