Struggling with an offer I got for an industry position. The base undervalues me, raises are low, but total comp is higher than I would get this year with my raise if I stayed (although it couldn’t compete with my expected comp next year). I’ll have better WLB, which I really need for various reasons, but so scared to give up everything I know and that the hiring company was putting on a show during the interview process.

I am the new people mgr for a smaller company. They fired two HR Managers in 2021. One after only 3 months. I was eventually told that I was the second choice. I have been on the job for less than six months. We conducted an EE Engagement survey and there are employees lying about me in the free response sections.
