Have a qq on background checks. Just got an offer from a T2 firm and wanted to see what comes up as a red flag in background checks. A few years ago I was arrested for disorderly conduct, but the charges were dismissed. Do background checks only raise red flags for convictions or does an arrest (even with a dismissal) warrant the offer retraction? I have the finger prints removed, but state law says I can’t get the record expunged for 10 years. Thank you in advance!
