I have tried to start my own company for 9 months, and the company is unregistered. I have mentioned it in my Resume and my background that this is an unregistered company of my father, my friend and me .. I still furnished a relieving letter of my tenure in this unregistered company. I have also told the HR when i sent my resume (where this is unregistered and no documents are available is written) I hope this doesn't cause trouble in background verification in FADVDeloitte JPMorgan Chase Morga

Can’t wait to see how the cops bootlickers defend this one
Police violence is a problem across races, and I don’t know why everyone isn’t more upset about it.
African Americans are definitely subject to significant profiling and force by cops, but the ridiculous behavior and excessive force against people by cops knows no bounds. It’s insane how we empower these folks.
Great response and thanks for not flaming!
I don’t have answers either and agree things need to change but just blaming all police isn’t helpful.
I am a white guy who grew up on the wrong side of the proverbial train tracks and have had some good and some questionable interactions with the police. Because of this, i have taught my children to respond in a very specific way during their interactions with officers.
Now back to this specific incident, it’s tragic a young kid lost his life but he had a gun, was shooting it in the middle of the street at 230am and ran. This isn’t a cut and dry police brutality issue, we should instead be having a larger discussion about why the kid was in this position. What can we do to provide greater opportunity for children in the inner cities or in disadvantaged situations so there isn’t a perpetual cycle of violence

Also should be noted that YET AGAIN, the cops lied about what happened up until the minute they found out the video was being released.
Journalists, media orgs, politicians: for the love of god, stop taking police at their word whenever a shooting occurs. Assume they’re lying. Because they’re always lying.

When the cop told the prosecutor that boy pointed a gun at them, that was a lie. It’s been 2 weeks and that narrative was never corrected until the citizens accountability group released the body cam footage.
The cop shot the kid right here
Not supporting any actions here.
We cannot watch this on video capture a single moment and determine what someone else should have seen in the moment. In fact if you watch the video at full speed- simulating real life although not really like real life at all since we are missing situation/context, adrenaline, etc. - it’s hard to tell what the heck is going on. If you check the time on the body cam footage from the time the officer says “show me your f*cking hands, drop it” and the the child tossing the gun and turning with his hands up to the time of the shot fired the seconds change from :39 to :40.
I don’t think we can screen shot a split second in time and say the person in the actual moment should have also seen it the way we do right now.
Watched the whole video...heartbreaking, but justified. No reason why a 13 year old should own a gun.

And yet where’s the lie P1? Cops, on average, are given 120 hours of combat and self defense training but only about 12 hours in de-escalation and conflict resolution at the academy. And all follow up training is heavily weighted to combat and weapons training.
If your entire career is spent training you how to fight and survive, then all you’ll see is danger around you.
He stopped running, dropped the gun, raised his hands, and complied. The officer shouldn't have shot him at that point, he was no longer a threat.
I understand this is an emotional issue for many people but this isn’t George Floyd. If you’re running from the cops, at night, with a gun, and turn quickly a split second after the cop likely couldn’t see your hand, there’s a very good chance you’re going to get yourself shot. This wasn’t a situation where the kid stopped, showed the gun, dropped it, kept his hands up, and was still shot by the cop. This is tragic but what I want to know is why was a 13 year old out in the middle of the night, with a gun?
The kid did what the cop said.
If the cop was scared he should’ve said get on the ground.
He said raise your hands- the kid raised his hands...
I have seen great policing before, this is literally the exact opposite.

“Stay safe” as in from Chicago Police? Or potential riots?
I wonder how many of you are actually from Chicago. We are borderline a war zone. Violent crime and shootings are nearly out of control.
I think statistically we’ll see elevated police involved shootings until crime decreases.

What are you talking about lol. You live in the south or west side? I’ve been here 4 years, it’s certainly not a war zone on the areas most people on this board would live in

Yet...
I don’t know if I’d say it was great policing or not. I’m not a cop. But it’s very easy to second guess things when you know at the end of this video that he didn’t have the gun in his hand anymore.

We've apparently decided as a society that the 2nd amendment is more important than the general safety of society. This applies to police as well. Police officers can't say they feared for their lives because the person may (or even has) have a gun. Civilians are expected to remain calm when people walk into a store and someone is carrying a firearm. Police should be expected to show the same restraint.
Now if we actually do care about the safety of police then there should be very limited access to guns. If not then you're trying to have your cake and eat it too.
And if Chicago blows up it’s over. There are fewer reasons in such a tinder box of a city that has become very dangerous. There may be a chance of a huge mass exodus. Why do families want to put their safety at risk every time we see looting, fires, and violence. Not a great city to live in.
If a cop pursues a suspect he believed to have a gun, runs over another person in that pursuit, then tells the suspect he catches up with to turn around and put his hands in the air - suspect complies but cop thinks his life is in danger - then shoots suspect upon turning around with their hands up.
The only outcome for this cop was to shoot this young man whether he complied or not. He believed him to be armed but told him to turn around and shot him because he believed he was armed.
People here trying to justify police actions can’t tell me how this would have ended any other way even though suspect complied with directions. I’m confused.
