How do you deal when you know you’re just so burnt out? I feel it— everything is magnified, home life feels more chaotic. I’m looking for jobs. Getting nowhere and lots of automated rejection notes. Work demands are never ending. We have staff, not the right staff, so a lot of work falls to me. I never get to turn off. It’s wearing.
