Stimulus check help! In 2018, my parents claimed me on their taxes (I was in college). I graduated in May 2019 and would be eligible for the check based off my 2019 tax return. However, (cont. below)

I don't know if the window to get the check has passed. In any event, you can get it in 2021 when filing 2020 taxes (assuming your income isn't above the threshold)

That would be great. The sense of urgency - I’m just trying to save as much as I can during these times.

I filed near April 4, 2020. And I believe they based my eligibility on my 2018 status rather than my 2019 tax return. How do I get them to see that I am eligible now, based off my 2019 tax return?

The IRS did indeed base status off 2018, but when you file 2019 that may trigger a check. Otherwise when you file in 2020 since the credit is for 2020 you’ll claim it then and receive April 2021.

Are there any debt consolidation options for a professional family man with a decent credit score, who's let high interest credit card debt get out of hand? I get the mailers that entice with a low advertised rate, and then the offer comes back at something slightly less than what I am already paying. I am thinking something along the lines of a bank that I can talk to, and explain exactly where the money is going, not being apposed to a direct deposit to the card companies themselves.

Anyone ever have experience negotiating a new offer to include unvested 401k match and stock grants from your current employer? Considering talking to HR & new director for a plan to grow my career at this company; company is growing & likely we will need 2 more ppl at associate/senior levels (we have 1 associate). What is a realistic time frame to set for promotion to manager & what goals should I be setting? Company is tiered partnership, acquiring new businesses & operates multi-state.
