Hello fishes - request your feedback. Received offer from PWC M&A/DDV - Deals transformation manager at 155k base. Too much lowball at this point and in negotiations process. Seems they have cohort model, want to understand how much can I maneuver and what is realistic expectations. I’m currently principal consultant with 185k base. PwC

Someone on here recommended lush’s foot powder (specifically use it for my rothys) - life changing!
Socklets
As you ladies know the smell is not the feet but the bacteria from the sweat. No show socks only work with certain shoes. Deodorant and powders work to block sweat glands in the feet that may increase sweat out of other glands ( most will be ok with this). Please be aware of the products you put on your skin, deodorants and talcs have been linked to cancer. Find paraben, sls free etc. I purchased shoe inserts on Amazon that soak up the bacteria overnight and eliminate any odor. It uses natural substances like charcoal. I also bring a second pair of shoes so that I never wear the same pair of shoes for two days straight. 👆 this. It’s the only thing that’s works for me.
I’ve come to realize for me the only thing that works is no show socks. I used to think they were all horrible but I just didn’t find the right ones. There are good ones on amazon and in H&M oddly enough
Uniqlo also has these and they have grippy things to make them non-slip.

I spray an antiperspirant “dry spray” (made by Dove) in between my toes and on bottom of feet on really important days. It works really well but not something I would want to do everyday for the reasons AC1 mentioned above. At night (more like twice a week because I’m forgetful) I use the charcoal inserts mentioned above as well.
I try to air them out after each use but haven't started to use used dryer sheets as a medium between my feet and the shoe. That way any sweat is soaked up and at least there's some light scent. Also purchased a set of shoe deodorizers for flats and sneakers (for those long travel days...)
Second these! They are very good
TBH: swipe solid deodorant on the soles of feet after washing. Game changer. Just be cautious because it can make them a bit slippery; I avoid the heel and it helps with traction.
Carpe lotion!
A lot of this is great advice for flats - but what about mules where your heel is showing? No socks allowed in this sitch, and dryer sheets may be awkward. Any advice?
What brand of carbon inserts do you buy?
The foot odor insoles work for me. You can buy at any drug store. I also use foot powder from Dollar Tree.
