Have been hit w fraudulent charges in FL via Chipotle app; rec'd email that said sender knew my password (was partially correct) & was going to send nude pics of me to my contacts; rec'd email from Best Buy about my email being used to reset my pword (don't have BB acct) & today was notified of a declined transaction in Canada (I'm in TX). Besides changing pwords/ replacing cards what should I do?

These all basically lenders/debt originators, or middle market mortgage investors and several are REITs with dividend yields currently 10%+

There are a bunch more…many of these had stock prices deteriorating as rates fell & they were paying out their dividends.

Older loans on balance sheets surely must be losing value relative to rising rates, but doesn’t that mean future deals would be more accretive to their earnings and stock price?

PSA: Invest in as many meme stocks as you want, but dont invest what you cant afford to lose.

With that said, I invested in gamestop buy sold at $35 and $60. Just a few thousand of gains (which is good enough) but better than losing all my gains and original investments. Good luck!
