Yearly leaves in Nagarro?
Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

Bottom of soil is for drainage so the soil doesn't get packed down. Top of soil is usually decorative. Sometimes you can use sand for the first two inches of soil. The idea is that it reduces any chance that fungus gnats can infest your soil.
Top on the pot. Fungus gnats need soil to breed in, sand and other inorganic topping prevents them.
Does your pot have a drainage hole? 1” of rocks on bottom if not!
I read that this isn’t a great idea. Nowhere for that water to go, and the roots can/will still grow down through the stones and could end up rotting.
Don’t have personal experience as I usually just play it safe with a drainage hole.
I had a friend tell me she puts them on top so the soil doesn't dry out too fast in the summer, and it helps keep bugs out
Depends on the plant and situation. For me, stones on the top is more for visual effect than function. I will put stones on the bottom when using a large pot for a plant that doesn't need much root room, so I don't waste potting soil.
But no issues putting them on top?
I put them on the bottom - can help with drainage as any excess water that doesn’t drain out won’t be touching the soil
