How to choose between CSM and PMP?
Hi All, My sister has done Computer Science engineering Bachelor degree and has 5 years of work experience in India. She is applying for MBA at https://www.kenan-flagler.unc.edu/programs/mba/full-time-mba/ and https://kelley.iu.edu/programs/full-time-mba/academics/majors-minors/marketing.html. Her overall goal is to get into Software Product management. Any suggestions if any of these MBA’s can open path in the desired space or if she is better of doing an MS in Comp engg. to further develop deeper Technology skills. Thanks

How do you get better at Project Management?
Time to stop feeling bad for yourself and take action. This has happened in my career many times. I've always applied the following logic, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. To translate, don't wait to be disrespected over and over again. At some point, move on. It's a good learning exercise and don't waste this opportunity to reflect why this happened. There is always some reason, even if you may not like it. Is there something you can change? In the end the market is hot, so find a place that appreciates you. Best of luck with your search!

BCG1, I'm glad you care. I care as well. There is no malice in my statements. We've all had issues in the past. I've been verbally assaulted many times at work. I've had companies promise me things and then in my opinion steal from me. I've had companies weaponize titles against me and make me feel so bad about myself leading to months of sleepless nights and waking up in sweating fits. Even the thought of how much it would be easier to just jump in front of this subway train and probably no one would care. My point was to move on and find a place that appreciates you for who you are.
OP, apologies if in any way I have hurt you or disrespected you. Feel free to DM me and I offer my assistance however I can.
Unfortunately you have to advocate for yourself and game the hiring system a bit. This means loading your resume with leveling up keyword that will get your resume past the resume scanners (use Jobscan.co), paying for LinkedIn premium to start messaging hiring managers or peer employees for a referral to jump to the front of the queue, or maybe jumping ship to a smaller company (like your friend) to level up on title.
Wow!!
