Strategy& I’ve been a consultant at big 4 for 2 years, any guidance on what level I should apply for? Thanks in advance

Any experienced senior managers that have moved between Big 4 firms? Can you speak towards your experience, any struggles, and opportunities in terms of partner promotion? Frankly, EY path to partner seems to be too clouded (long pipeline, no clear direction/path, uncertainty on promotion cycles, etc.) at the moment and I would like to visit all options. Appreciate the input.

Any tips on lateraling from Big 4 Tax M&A to Corporate/M&A or Tax Group at an AmLaw 200 firm?

How to prepare interview when you jump out of public accounting? I’m an audit manager now and would like to prepare for interviews in general (thinking about FR/FPA/Technical accounting) but don’t really know what to prepare. Big 4 has those behavior questions that you kinda know what stories to tell. Is it the same with industry? Can you share a bit what you did that was successful?

For folks who have their MBA would you recommend it? Not trying to go into consulting or ibanking im just tryna upskill and make more money but really not sure if going back to school is it. Looking for advice. I’m a sr. associate in cyber at a Big 4 on track for a promo to manager in a year. My old employer reached out to me about coming back as an Assoc. Dir., BISO. Concern is that this BISO role would not have bonuses (nonprofit), so I’d potentially be “throwing away” $ by leaving consulting now. Would opps later on be better having had an associate director role on my résumé before I’m 30? Should I stick it out in consulting? The job is a dream, but short term $ is def less.

SHARKS, serious opinions required. I have cleared all technical and managerial round from HCL. Since then I've chasing by 2 HR's and earlier I thought they are from the same team but Later I've RECEIVED two Offer letters from HCL only on my two different ID's.
