Also, don’t watch tv an hour before bed, don’t look at your phone 1/2 hr before bed, and read a book before you go to sleep.

There’s a bunch of these on YouTube — find a voice that doesn’t annoy you, get in bed, and listen. I stress to point I can’t sleep for days — only thing that’s saved me.
