Definitely ask for a 30% raise. You’re a money-maker for the company. They should acknowledge your accomplishments: implementing tools to improve project completion, quality metrics embedded in workflows, and saving the company money.
I can see that you see the 30% is fair. However, the market value of the position that I have is around $100k, if I ask for around $145k then my boss will reject it for sure by saying this request is way above the job market value, which is a correct statement. If I apply for other companies, they are not willing to pay more than $110k to me. In your experience what is a wise way to request for such a big raise? I know one way is to clearly give them my number as I mentioned here. Any other suggestions? Thank you.

You’re making $272 per hour, or $272 is divided up amongst a team? And if it’s divided, by how many ppl?
The entire team. 3 total: one PM (me), one PE, and one drafter.
The company goal is to make $170/hour while our team is making $272/hour.
