Writing sample question. I drafted a really complex dispositive motion that was granted. It was obviously revised by the partners on the case but can I still use it as a sample?

Obviously I would redact or change client/identifying information. It was publicly filed and is available on the public docket. I am not one of the attorneys of record.

Deloitte started my green card process in 2019. Went through prevailing wage last September, then they paused the process I guess due to covid and political reasons. I booked an h1 stamping appointment in DEC 2019 but couldn’t go because of the onset of COVID (prior receipt number). I assume the fee is non refundable. Now, I’m trying to book an appointment (I moved out of pwc and using my latest receipt number) but the fee page already has a receipt number prepopulated against my name.
