QQ for Recruiters and all who hire. When an applicant selects "Do Not Wish to Identify" to race and gender questions (even to the disabily question) when applying to positions online...Does HR or a hiring manager see that? Do you look for it? Is it hidden? Do companies judge an applicat for not identifying? Can you share what happens if anything?

My RFE was submitted today under premium processing. Very nervous. This was my first RFE after already living in the US for 5 years. How long on average has premium processing been taking for this?

I keep hearing this is a job seeker's market but even with 10+ yrs project mgt experience, certs & great references/reccos, I get no traction for roles more senior than 'Project Manager'.

Hi fishes i gave an interview on 3rd Nov for .net developer role with 1.5 YOE, still I haven't got any response from team TCS side.
Should I wait or move on for infosys (gave interview on 1 Nov 2022 and selected) company?
Role : .Net developer
Current pay : 8 LPA
Expected pay TCS : 11.5 LPA(still waiting for TR results)
Got Offer from infosys : 10.5 LPA (offer released)
Please help me fishes as this is recission time I need some job security so asking for suggestions.

Hi Fishes. I have 8 years of experience in SAP in that 5 years in SAP SD had a HR discussion with Infosys HR there they told they can give me Level 5D in Infosys... What is the salary band for that level.. hr told they can't offer me more that 15 for this job level 5D... Please let me know what is the salary package for this level and is this the right level... Lately I’ve seen a lot of “Pride” jockstraps on sale because I suppose the Pride season is over — rainbow jockstraps etc. I was thinking tonight when I was at the gym that I might be the only gay who wears jockstraps for their intended purpose. Just curious, does anyone else wear them for non-sexual reasons? I like the look and feel, and wear traditional ones usually, and I’ve been wearing them since the late 90’s for athletic stuff.
