Sorry you’re going through this. As a fellow anxiety sufferer, I’d say the first thing to do is see your doctor. Take some sick days if you need to. Don’t do anything rash.
Agree. Take a couple mental health days and just disconnect. And def start seeing a therapist
Use your sick days and do something that brings you joy. Talk to a therapist. Exercise. These things will help distance you from feeling under attack.
CD1 and ACD1 hit it on the nail. MAKE TIME for yourself. Make yourself do something that you like, or go schedule a meeting with a therapist.
Hopefully you have Monday off so you can get your mind at peace and update your resume. Doesnt sound like a place you can continue to stay at.
Take a gap year
Take time for yourself then get out of that environment and find a better job.
