Does anyone else’s MIL give you a hard time about your job? Mine can’t seem to understand that the job is not always a 9-to-5. Staying with them for a few weeks and becoming irritated when she asks “are you going to sign off already?” and it’s only 1pm in the afternoon.

She’ll also plan dinners as early as 5pm which makes it hard to attend when I’m closing out for the day. For the most part, I get my work done and can hop but I’ve already shared that it can be really inconvenient.

Hey fishes, can someone tell me how the 80c bracket works, i know i can get exempt upto 1.5lakh under it, what i wanna know is does PF comes under it or not? For example if my yearly pf deduction is 20k and VPF is 10k so now will i still be able to show investment of 1.5lakh under 80c apart from PF and VPF or i'll be able to get exemption on only 1.2 lakh( 1.5lakh-30k= 1.2lakh)?
