I went through 4 interview rounds at Microsoft and at the director round He confirmed me that I am a hire for him
The last Interview was on 12th August. After that I haven't received any call or email from the HR.
Will I be receiving the offer letter or I should consider as a no offer.
Can you guys please help me with information regarding the offer process and how long it takes to get back from HR.

I an a space lead and our space utilisation was always above 85. Now I got this email from staffers copying OMP that we give you 2 extra people in you space. You need to coach them and also give them either a client code or practise code to bill time. I never requested for these people but now someone from my space will have to take accountability for these people. Why should i push my team to take additional burden when they already have so much on their plate? And why take a hit on utilisation

I got placed at an agency to freelance for a few weeks by Creative Circle. Im not ‘on call’ so im only charging for the hours im actually working. How do you prefer to work with freelancers in this situation? I’m not sure if I should be letting them know if I have nothing to work on at the moment or not. I going on my third year with my company. I really enjoy working here but feel under valued. As a female manager, I am left out of management meetings no reason why. @ a freelance gig. They brought me on as a Sr. Producer and I took it because right now is an interesting time to be an EP. I’m having to check-in with an EP that is constantly nit picking my work and hasn’t really been helpful - tells me one thing and then I find out that’s not correct and I have to course correct. I’m really struggling with the lack of autonomy as well as this process. Am I pain in the ass? How do I deal with this? I probably shouldn’t have signed up for a SrP role. 🤦🏻♀️

Hi Fishes.. I need help on this scenario, got selected in multiple companies till HR rounds and cleared HR rounds too. The problem is that the HR is not responding to mails or calls since then. This is so unprofessional by the HR, is it because I am having 90 days notice period. Even for resigning and reducing the notice period, we would need at least one offer.
