Hello all. I just got an offer to be a project coordinator with a non-profit hospital. With a starting offer of 65k. They disclosed in the screening that their min was 58k and mid was 70.5k. This is a big pivot for me career wise and I have a couple years of experience. I’m wondering if I should counter with 70k or accept it as is. This seems to be a fair offer as far as non profits go in my city but just wanted to get a second opinion. Thanks!

Over the past year (year 4/5 for me) I wrote tons of scripts for brands (top agency work) that never ended getting bought by the client. I think they show off my skill and style but obviously that doesn’t come across in my portfolio since they were never made. Is it weird or in good practice to have an area in my site for these scripts?

Hi All, which is better for future careers “Senior consultant” at EY Or “project manager” at a local large organization?
I’m currently a business analyst and recently I was offered a promotion to Project Manager.
Meanwhile, I got another offer from EY as a Senior Consultant
My current company are willing to match EY offer and they want me to stay.
Part of me wants to join EY as it’s a big name on the resume and I can learn a lot from it BUT another part of me wants the PM title!

I was told to wait for some days multiple times, and now i am told to wait one week more, moreover when i asked HR this time that will i get offer letter eventually she herself sounded unsure and told to keep other opportunities open, i am not sure if the hiring is frozen or is on hold ?
