Chase Freedom Unlimited vs Chase Freedom Flex. Thoughts on which to get?

It seems the only different is the Unlimited gives you 1.5% on all “other” purchases, and the Flex gives you only 1% on “other” but a 5% category you choose each quarter.

Both have the same intro offers, including 5% groceries for the first year, and 5% travel thru Chase, 3% restaurants and drug stores forever.

Thinking the Flex is the better pick out of the two but maybe im missing something

I’m in final stages of interviews with Accenture for a PM role. I’m based in Chicago with over 5 years relevant experience and certified in agile. Before talking more, the recruiter gave a 105 salary cap, but averages online look more like 112-123. They seem very excited about me.

If I get the offer, should I go ahead and ask for higher? Any Accenture PMs have additional info on salary and/or salary band levels (or who just generally have tips)?
