Suggestions to prep a classroom for open house before school starts with very little money? I am starting from scratch as I made the move from CA to FL. Thanks in advance!

Dollar Tree is amazing. I've used table cloths to cover bulletin boards and they usually have borders and posters there as well. if you want something to hang from the ceiling they usually have that in the party section. Plus if time allows they usually have more you can buy from the website, but I think it's typically for in bulk purchase .

Dollar Tree is your friend. Wrapping paper covers boards. They also have bins for organization I picked up posters at Walmart during the year.

less is more. hit up vet teachers to see if there's anything they are getting rid of and make friends with the secretary to get any extra supplies they might have.

Kids work! Assuming school has started obviously. Parents LOVE the I Am poem

Normally that would be my game plan but the open house is before school starts for the kids. My classroom will have as much student work up as possible though once school starts!
