Can someone tell me if any are going on today and where I can find one? If not, where’s the best place to buy my first plant?

How much downtime do you have as an IC? Is your schedule packed with meetings or do you have time to breathe?

I come from a busy/fast on-the-go past and now I'm in-house (Lead IC). I can finally say I can be myself without pressure and a better W/L balance, but it feels wrong to just sit around/not always rushing. I'm not used to it y'know? What steps can I take to improve that mentality? How did you past agency workers transition successfully into the new slower pace if you left for in-house?

Every day of my life feels the same. The monotony of my job and taking care of the young kiddos is just the same over and over. I love my kids dearly (my job not so much) but I think this never ending repetition is impacting my mental health. Anyone else go through similar feelings or have any advice?

I am currently at one Big Four audit with an offer in hand from another big four in Accounting Advisory. If I put in my two weeks, will I be let go that day I say so because I am going to a competitor?

I have an offer from USA MNC as digital marketing manager with 24.5L CTC. (21 fixed and 3.5 variable).
