I have 6 YOE and experience in Java, Spring Boot. What is the average salary for my YOE and tech stack in mastercard India?

Have seen comp for NACR (restructuring) listed at around 150-200 for analysts, 200-275 for associates, and one mention of senior associates at 375k. Supposedly NACR gets crushed in terms of hours. But i've also read that targets are around 2000 hours per year? Something doesn't add up.....e.g. Associate $550/hr * 25% cap rate * 2000 billable hrs = $275k.......but 2000 hours is slightly over 40 hours a week (including 4 weeks vacay), not the 80 hr/week. So is there a ton of time on vacation?

I’m currently in my first “corporate” job. Spent many years in restaurant management. At any rate, I’ve been at my company for 5 currently in a lead SE role. I love my boss, love my team…but I’m under-payed, or at least at the lower end of the salary range for my role. I’m accepting a position at another company, and I don’t know how to give notice/transition, given that I currently have an excellent relationship with my leadership and don’t want to burn that relationship. Hi Fishes - Recently I got offer from SAP labs YOE - 14 years Tech stack - Java, AWS, devops & microservices Current CTC - 20 LPA (current year appraisal is pending). SAP offer TCTC - 54.4 LPA Fixed - 36.5 + 6.5 variable+4 joining Bonus+1.6 stocks per year. Benefits - 5.8 (higher education is 5 lakhs which is almost useless). USA offer is 85k USD, however it is not from my current company. It is from consultancy. So, I need to bear insurance myself. Can you please help which is better offer?

Ridiculously beginner questions but: 1) is the max 401k ($19,500) that you can save per year including employer contributions? 2) hypothetically what happens if I set my contribution rate too high and don't correct it? Let's say I make $100k and set my rate to be 30% which would result in my saving to much. Are there safeguards against this or do I get penalized? Thanks!
