Anyone from Ontario. I have had 4 transfer so far with no success . Waiting for my fifth transfer.
I am planning to ask my family doctor for short term disability. Without knowing the actual date when the transfer would be and if I would be able to do the transfer because I am doing a natural cycle . how can I convey this to my manager and make sure my team can manage without me when I am away.
Can someone please help with some thoughts ?

Anyone experience their LO’s going through sleep regressions around 1.5 year mark? My daughter has always been a great sleeper but lately she’s been waking up around 3am every night sitting up in her crib and crying. I’m heading into a Pre Trial conference next week and the GAL has yet to finish their report. OC has suggested that the GAL be available to testify without a completed report. Does anyone have experience with a GAL testifying at a PTC without a completed report?
