Ironic coming from a group of people who claim biblical, ethical and moral High ground, yet support the former president and his easily identified sins and lack of moral behavior. Also not judging the attack on our nations capital 1 / 6 as the abomination that it was chips away at any credibility that you have. Referencing the passage below, it is in fact the judgement of "Christians" against secular social justice proponents that is especially galling. We are able to decide right from wrong and avoid racism, homophobia and other hateful thoughts and actions without the words and directions of your "Lord and Savoir, Jesus Christ." Your blatant hypocrisy and self satisfaction in the face of all of this is wearing pretty thin.

@NYMS, Thank you for the apology and breakdown of your thoughts on the matter. I apologize if I came off defensive. I am simply frustrated by how poorly Christianity is represented in the U.S. and how that negatively impacts people's understanding of what we *should* stand for. We seem to have confused the Gospel with the "American Dream," and they are not at all the same thing. As for the line to which you are referring, he breaks this down much more clearly in the chapters to follow and clarifies why they are incompatible. I genuinely believe that there are people who have joined the social movement with the best of intentions and that they want to see a positive change come from it. Unfortunately, there is a lot at the roots that is actually more damaging than helpful - and we don't always see that part. Voddie brings these things to light in this book and is very gracious with the way in which he addresses this incredibly delicate issue. At the end of the day, Christians have a responsibility to treat all human beings with equal dignity and worth as every person is a part of the imago dei (image of God), however, we are also called to recognize that the world is broken because of sin, and therefore many unjust actions occur that will never be fully rectified during our lifetime. These are the things on which God will deal out justice, and believe me, His justice is far more severe than anything I could do. It is painful to exist in a world where such hatred is the norm, but I must take responsibility for my actions and direct fellow Christians to do the same while taking peace in the fact that He will do what is right and good, whether I ever get to see this or if it happens 2,000 years from today.

I spoke to a Senior Manager earlier today and she told me they are looking to hire experienced and qualified candidates who have the below requirements: 1) Bachelor’s degree 2) CPA certification 3) 3-7 years of Accounting or Audit experience 100% remote. Then, post COVID traveling will vary. Please, if you meet the above requirements or know someone who does and is interested in joining Deloitte send me a private message. What's Accenture's promotion path/general years of experience to each level?

Am I an attractive candidate at all? Or is it silly to think I could jump soon for a comp increase? 1 yoe BAH fed (7 yoe in nonprofit sector before that), currently at 90k. Have some generalist certifications (agile, prosci, working on instructional design). Non-technical, no master’s. Resume is mostly attractive bc of extensive international/cross-cultural experience & DoS experience. Am I still too “meh” with only 1yoe & no tech skills?

How is work life balance in KPMG global services in advisory as part of MC-financial management team.

Back again with a question for the McKinsey folks! 1. Is it true that if you are internal (specifically PD) you are not eligible for a performance bonus? Just base and the 401K profit sharing? 2. I know McKinsey offers a percentage of your salary into a retirement fund. The recruiter painted it as a range (from 7-12%), but other fish in the main consulting bowl said it’s either 7 OR 12% (no in between) based off of if you’re client facing or internal - which is true?
