Super curious…obviously cloud is a hot skill right now. But what are human capital folks in cloud making (I only ever see the technical folks giving numbers)? Anyone doing change management in a cloud specific practice?

Doing OD rather than Change. From our POV, most of the work that we’re doing revolves around skill set development, capability mapping, restructuring of teams aligned to new processes, cost reduction as a result of RPA tooling, documenting new accountabilities etc. Similar deliverables to non-cloud OD projects but of course with cloud as the focus.

I'm hiring for a few Product & UX design roles. Open to different levels, but favoring Sr- to Lead-level folks; design project leadership & strategic thinking are a must, as well as some solid evidence of craft.
