Supply Chain Operations Manager Salary Expectation insights?

General question, and I suspect the answer is no. Are there any employment or exec comp-related jobs in the entertainment industry? Or, are there any law firms purely focused on entertainment that have a comp/employment/benefits group? I’m at a large firm with a lot of high profile artists, but I’d like to narrow my practice down to entertainment.

Currently evaluating 2 different offers and having hard time picking one. Any inputs would be helpful.
Offer 1: PwC SA (115 base + standard bonus)
Offer 2: boutique firm Senior BA (125K + up to 15% bonus)

Job Level: 11
CTC: 6 fixed + 1.26 Variable =7.26 Total
Also 60k joining bonus.

Wipro:
Designation: Administrator
Band : B2
CTC: 7.40 Fixed + 0.6 Variable =8 total

Total YOE: 2+ years (26 months)

Can someone please suggest me if i can still negotiate with Accenture for more CTC. If yes how much i should ask.

Also tell me its better to join which company on the basis of career and growth.

Hey Sharks, kindly suggest some companies hiring aggressively for Data/Business analyst roles and paying well probably above 10-11 LPA at least. YOE 15 months as a data engineer.

A third party recruiter who was looking to forward my portfolio asked me about how much my current salary is. I remember reading somewhere saying that’s not allowed to be asked during an interview. Senior Staff Consultant (Engineering) in a M->HCOL with 15 YOE currently making 95k. I feel I am underpaid. I am from another country working in the USA on an O1 visa. Can it be that my company is "using" that to their advantage? How do I approach this conversation? When I signed and agreed to my salary in March 2021 before coming over, costs in the USA in general (especially homes) were significantly lower than what they are now, effectively changing the value of my salary significantly.

2 years of experience at BCG post-undergrad. Interviewed for the biz ops team and was told they thought I was a great fit for google, but just didn’t have enough tech experience at this time.
