Does Amazon sponsor H1B Visas for Finance employees? I have a phone interview scheduled later this week with Amazon. I have already mentioned that I do not have US work visa and would need sponsorship. Should I ask this question in interview or pretend this elephant doesn't exist in room. Please advice!Amazon

A will give you that. Are you in D strategy right now?
Yup

S& totally depends on your group and who you're working for, just like any other non-hyper focused strategy firm
If you work Deals and are doing PE DDs, can get super sweaty just like the corresponding teams that do that work at MBB and EY-P
If not, it'll be less
EYP strategy is quite sweaty, but S& probably is as well. Can’t speak to Accenture
How about TSR? Similar to
TSE? Also - any advice on choosing between the 2 groups ?
You're right about the wlb. S& hours seem to start at 60h and go up from there. I'd say that Acn Strategy is 50h/wk vs 55 at EYP vs 60 at S&, relatively speaking. Very dependent on practice, as due diligence anywhere is always long hours.
Don't forget to consider exits though.
I am not saying that DD is 50-60 h/week which I agree would be very light, I am using that range as a general indicator of work baseline, and calling out DD as an exceptionally difficult type of work.
EYP has slightly better WLB because of the influx of EY consultants, resources and expectations. Not a huge gap, but I could see someone working 10% more at S&.
