What do you do when you realize accepting that promotion was a wrong decision? You had a lower income (but that you could live ok - without excesses) and not much recognition but peace and complete autonomy over your decisions in the business. On the opposite now, you may make some more money but you have 24/7 headaches, triple of the workload, anxiety, insomnia, a very arrogant manager and little to no indecency. How do you find peace to forgive yourself? How do you cope with that feeling?

I did not go to law school because I was passionate about the law. I just wanted a better paycheck and didn’t know what else to do. I’m three years out and I really don’t care about the work I do, just that it makes me money.
