Feeling lost about my career. At my 3rd consulting firm out of college, and I don’t know how people do it long term. I’ve only been in federal consulting as a Business analyst in software development projects. Should I try for government? Or industry? I feel like I don’t have any amazing skills that set me a part and so I don’t even know how to get out of consulting. Where do people even start when they want to make a career change?

Anyone exited to a regional or global Business Process Owner role in industry? What’s long term career growth/trajectory like? Feel like I’ll get decent comp, better wlb, but worried I’ll get pigeonholed into supporting some sort of continuous improvement model forever.

For last 6yrs , I hve bn wrkng n d "greatest" org in the world as claimed in the ultimate website. Bt thse 6yrs, I hve bn to so mch agony. I was located in Kol and a bengali and I came under an influence of toxic senior and work culture.

I have below offers Im considering and further negotiation is not possible because of budget constraints.

DBS is my current client company and offered 20 LPA as I resigned.

DBS : 20LPA Fixed + 5LPA variable (Associate)
Wipro: 21 Fixed + 10% variable( Team lead, B3)
Virtusa: 21 Fixed + 10% variable( Senior consultant, Tier 2)
