Do you have to stay in the US? If not, I think your US salary would go far in Asia. :)I heard it’s good for Asian people there
Houston suburbs such as Sugar Land and Bellaire can be good options

Bellaire City is white. Bellaire the street is hood but has a ton of Asians. Sugar land is good but high tax. I’d say go Jersey village.
ATL
Atlanta!!

Are there a lot of South Asians or East Asians in ATL? Or both?
Both
Rising Star
Fort Lee?
Asian populations are mainly clustered in large metropolitan blue cities where it is expensive. As far as a decent Asian population and LCOL, ATL comes to mind.
Pro
I had quite a few Asian college buddies from Dallas and Houston that liked the cities. However, also going to plug Atlanta — it has a substantial East/South Asian population and IMO the best Korean food in the US. Gwinnett county is 12.5% Asian. Watch out, you’ll never want to go back once you come down 🤠
Dallas Suburbs like Irving, Frisco, Plano, Allen, Richardson, Garland, Grapevine, Flower Mound, Coppell have huge Asian populations. In general they are very safe with good schools around.
P1, I have seen East Asian and south Asian communities getting along very well so that’s not my concern.
