Hello Friends, I am currently working with Deloitte India(Not USI) in SAP Consulting Practice for UK project. Having offer from EY GDS. They want to retain me but offer few lakhs less than what EY GDS has offered. In delima now. Can you advise pls, if EY GDS having good exposure in SAP Consulting practice? How are your clients using the performance evaluations in Workday? And how have they simplified their process to make it more efficient for reviews and calibration in the system? Our client recently launched their year-end evaluations for the first time since go-live and seems overly complicated. Looking to decrease the review sections, still allow a rating and use calibration.

My fav project story: Was 2nd year staff. On 1+yr engagement I hated with no end in site. One day I get call from mgr, project ending in 2 weeks and we just do hand off to client. Those 2 weeks prob did like 10 hrs of work (total) and went out every night in client city. Proceeded to then have 1.5 months of bench then got staffed on good project. Prob not great for mgrs but as staff no consequence for me :) oh the days of easy life
