I have about 25 open positions at any given time and hire about 16 people a month. I’m in hospitality.

I'm in property management, we see nearly as high of a turnover as hospitality. Feels like whackamole sometimes

27 divided between 2, if same hiring manager then that req goes to you, if one of us is carrying multiple exempt roles the other takes a higher count but of non-exempt roles.
