The CDC says that social distancing is the most effective way to prevent spreading the disease, along with proper hand hygiene. It recommends wearing masks only when social distancing measures are difficult to maintain, such as at grocery stores and pharmacies. So, Consultant 1, sounds like YOU are the one who isn’t so smart, not the Republicans.
Pro
I see I’ve hit a nerve. Another place social distancing is difficult to maintain is in that picture, where she’s interviewing people and donating masks at a high risk healthcare facility.
Pro
You really can’t expect Republicans to be smart though, come on now

C1- you could argue that the recession causes death but not the point here. I just hate how people think it’s selfish to care about the people who will have to struggle through a recession after this IN ADDITION TO those suffering through COVID

It is stupid to not wear a mask when you are going to be around so many people.

I think the point is not that's how she got rona, but out of everyone there she was the most important one to be wearing a mask. (She obvi didn't know at the time, that's why we all wear masks when we can't socially distance.)

But freedom

You forgot the fundamental liberty to a haircut and manicure

FYI if she’s being interviewed or doing interviews (as it looks like she is) she shouldn’t wear a mask because some people rely on lip reading to understand what people are saying. Take note of all the other governors, city officials, etc that don’t wear them during conferences. Stop with the fake news bullshit.
Pro
I never said anything about her political party, I simply asked what component was ‘fake news’. Say what you will, but she contracted the virus and that resulted in very senior officials self-quarantining. Whatever she was or wasn’t doing, it wasn’t sufficient.
This is akin to saying a girl deserved to be sexually assaulted because of what she wore. Stop being anti women OP and do better.
Isn't the issue here that she could have been infecting high risk people before she knew she had the virus by not taking precautions to protect others? Not that she, or anyone else, 'deserves' to get the virus? So if we're making that analogy, it's the assaulters fault for assaulting and not the woman (or at risk persons) fault that they were assaulted (or got the virus).
Not a fan of hers, but I personally wouldn't think that's a valid analogy either

When was that picture taken? Is she an asymptomatic carrier at this point?
Maybe natural selection actually isn’t real and fox is right?
