Just received a verbal offer for Deloitte Advisory SC Cyber role. Currently SC (1st year, 107k) at EY but realize that SC at Deloitte is slightly more senior (analyst->consultant->SC vs consultant->SC). Happy at EY but also interested in maximizing income. What would be reasonable comp to make this jump worthwhile? Is it really true that the best way to increase comp is this type of jump (as I’ve heard on this app)?
