I’ve been grinding on a project that’s a technical mismatch for me for months. I’m a new hire and I got an average performance review(maybe a little below) I think it was the straw that broke the camels back. I feel so deflated and a lack of energy whenever work starts now. How should I go about initiating a roll off process? I was looking very forward to working at Deloitte and now dread going to work every day where I’m being asked to fire out deliverables I struggle with.
