Definitely mute email notifications on the phone for the day, preferably just stay off the phone.
Consider it like a fast- every time you have a pang of hunger (or itch to check mail), go write down why you feel that way and remind yourself why you're trying to turn it off

It's more important during lockdown than ever to flex that digital restraint muscle. It's hard!

On my phone (Android) I set digital wellbeing timers. They're easy to modify. When I don't want to use a particular app on a day, I set the timer to 0 minutes and the app is greyed out/I can't click it when I go to it from muscle memory. That sort of thing helps me quite a bit.

• Checking bag and it’s 100% self serve (but I don’t work here)

I just have to say that signing up for therapy (and finding my current therapist) was one of the best decisions I made in my life. I’m learning a lot about myself and how to live a happier life. I wish people could learn about these things without therapy. And I wish more people would be able to take advantage of counseling.

I'm doing everything in my power to not quit without another job lined up, and every interview falls through.
