When presenting a marketing plan or strategy to a client or even an internal team, how do you create and show that? Is it a word doc? Spreadsheet? Some other app?

How do you improve your documentation to not get so many notes back? I literally put everything I know plus what the client said but I still get questions back, like in that documentation is everything I know and there is nothing more I can give. Recruiter from Amazon reached out for a phone screen for a L7 role st Amazon - Principal Product Manager, Technical. I'm a first year M and have been in consulting mostly. I do have the technical expertise the role requires but no product management experience per se. Think L7 at Amazon for me is a reach. My concern is if I interview and fail, I will be barred from interviewing from another role for 6 to 12 months. Should I give it a shot or save my chance for something more realistic (e.g. L6)?
