What is the best way to structure a discovery call for SaaS sales? e.g. share a deck, only focus on their use case (current state, goals, pain, etc.), share a story, etc. Lastly, how do you go further than surface level, like if they mention they are having issues with xyz, which is usually a symptom of the problem and not the problem itself. Few things unite paid social peeps like the fresh hell that is Sprinklr. I no longer work with it on a regular basis, but every once in a while I shudder remembering the rage I felt trying to bulk build ads or pull reporting in the dashboard, especially on the rare occasions I had to work on weekends. Many interests that were niche to our market were removed and that was one of the primary way to get major relevant leads, now It may be more irrelevant leads with the broader interests

Can non creatives successfully become content writers and managers?

I'm being recruited to be a firms content writer and manager (along with essentially being the first sales hire and will build out their sales process/playbook).

I've done a small amount of content for a previous employer as an assistant to the head of content and my new employer is familiar with it. They know I understand at a high level their industry. However, I don't consider myself creative.
