I interviewed with a company in Financial Services based in New York. The interview wasn’t structured (they’re a start up with around 100 people). I am to transition out of Consulting and they had me do an “exercise” which was basically fixing issues for them, after completing the guy had no other questions and then proceeded to email me to jump again in the meeting because something broke and he needed to fix it. I felt so offended and felt used, am I crazy?
