I have a question. I am my best friends maid of honor in her wedding and recently spent the last 6 months planning her bachelorette party for 12 people and bridal shower where I got no help from any other bridesmaids. On the Bach trip I do admit I had one too many drinks and we ended up getting in an argument in the bathroom at the bar. We met soon after the trip in person and talked it out to which I apologized deeply for my behavior. She is also my MOH and it is now time to plan my Bach trip

I have the feeling burnout is more related to our lives outside work. Like, on work weeks I know I'll got out to hang out with my friends I'm MUCH less stressed than weekends I'll stay alone at home. My stress level is defined by the next weekend.

Why is my body/brain trying to do everything possible to kill me? You would think it would try everything possible to keep you at optimum level and alive, instead it does everything possible to hurt itself when I don’t want to and am fighting against it. It asks for food until it’s past full eating more calories than needed until it’s obese, has diabetes, high blood pressure and a heart attack. It is unbelievable lazy not wanting to move, or get blood flowing…
